Within 24 hours complete step 3-5 to hold your shuttle. Trips can not be guaranteed after 24 hours.
STEP 3: Call TP&WD with your confirmation code to get permits .
STEP 4: Read our refund policy. By making a deposit you agree to all our policies.
STEP 5: Fill out the correct deposit info below and submit deposit. No need to call.
$100 non-refundable deposit will hold your desired land shuttle dates for each needed shuttle.
$75 non-refundable per kayak deposit will hold the number of kayaks needed.
This is only the deposit to hold your trip dates. The remaining balance can only be paid by CASH or CHECK
(made out to Amistad Expeditions)
when you arrive at your shuttle location.

Cancellations between 5 months-24 hours before your shuttle meet time:
Shuttle deposits are not refundable after submitting deposit payment.
If cancellation notice is given sooner than 24 hours before your shuttle meet time, shuttle deposits will be held for up to six months to reschedule and complete a trip during that time.
If you reschedule and cancel again you will forfeit your deposit.
This info applies to each booked shuttle.
Kayak deposits are not refundable or transferable at anytime.
Cancellations within 24 hours before your shuttle meet time:
If cancellation notice is given for shuttle or kayak rentals within 24 hours of your scheduled trip, paddlers will be responsible for the full shuttle & rental amount.
There are no partial day kayak rentals or early return discount/refund.
If TP&WD cancels your permits:
We will hold all your deposits for you to call and book a trip within one and a half years from your originally scheduled trip.
*Paddlers setting foot on a State Natural Area or designated paddler camp must have:
a Devils River access permit. Get info at TP&WD
